With her in-the-trenches experience, Danielle’s view of leadership and development is profoundly different. Danielle shares with coaching clients that leadership is a choice, not a position or title. She integrates her analytical skills with her co-active coach training and expertise to shepherd people to their success. She does this by helping clients uncover their strengths and values and work within that framework to choose greatness. Prior to engaging with leadership and executive coaching, Danielle specialized in litigation as a practicing attorney. She was a litigator for several years within the law firm setting, representing multi-billion dollar corporations in defense of diverse business matters.

Danielle then spent many years working within Fortune 500 and other large corporations as an in-house attorney, playing an integral role as part of the legal department team. (Capital One Bank, Roche Diagnostics Corporation). Danielle also worked with these organizations to develop workshops and conferences aimed at developing greater clarity about the organization’s business goals and needs and the development of stronger working relationships. She graduated with honors from both Washington University in St. Louis and Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. In these fast-paced environments, Danielle became known for her ability to cancel out the noise in order to take decisive, impactful action. This serves her clients now as she understands their responsibilities and the need to capture the bottom line. Danielle earned her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute and is the founder and President of i3 Coaching and Leadership. She is also a certified Leadership Circle consultant and practitioner.
